Samsung Galaxy S 4?s Quad-Core/Octa-Core Chipsets Are Focused On Efficiency And LTE

gs4Samsung's new flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S 4, has different chipsets in the U.S. and international versions of the phone. So while the U.S. S 4 has a 1.9GHz quad-core chip, the international version gets a 1.6GHz octa-core chip. The difference is likely down to LTE variation between markets. But beyond that, the octa-core and quad-core chips aren't so very different, with a focus on efficiency.
